Motorcycle and Kart Engine Dynos
DK dynos are a special design for small kart and motorcycle engines. They can work at high engine speed with high control and response. This dyno does not require any installation, it includes the engine stand, water circuit, pump and brake.
DR1 has the advantage of being very light (low inertia) this gives the dyno faster response. Coupling to the engines is by chain with interchangeable winder to test different relations to the engine. Dyno pump, through the control valve feeds the brake to load the engine, after the brake, the water goes back to the dyno tank from where is taken again to star the circuit. No other device is required to run the tests, DK dyno also contains an electric starter system for the engines.

SMAC is a powerful data acquisition system that works with the highest technology. It is a modular system that allow to increase as much data channels as required. Communicates to the computer through optic fiber what avoid electric noise troubles which are very common on a dyno environment. The software is very friendly with multiple tools to analyze the information obtained. The acquisition software shows every test curve at real time during the essay. Results can be seen on flexibles graphics where every data can be compared and analyzed with as many tests as required.
